Energy feeds on energy, so although you need quiet rest periods to meditate, reflect, sleep and just plain relax, these should be in perspective.

A healthy body and mind enjoys some amount of regular, balanced behaviour and input rather than a totally chaotic lifestyle. This doesn't mean you have to have a routine, or be boring, but ensure that every day maintains its balance. If you have a particularly stressful day at work, ensure you plan a particularly calming evening for balance.

 

Energy is the momentum behind effort. The higher your energy levels are, the faster you will achieve your goals. In turn the more confident and self-loving you become, you will look to greater goals and you will find yourself feeling fantastic. Life Will actually get better every day, hurdles and trials appear smaller (that yesterday may have seemed insurmountable) and those people around you will seem nicer.
